What are we looking for :
Being in growth phase, we are looking for experienced professionals who
can be part of the journey. Currently, we are looking for a manager in our team, having hands-on
experience in CPG/FMCG domain.
What skills you must possess :
Have you –
- Delivered use cases like Market Mix Modelling, pricing, promotions effectiveness, demand planning, etc.? Used data sets like Neilsen, Circana, social media, promotions, media, etc; correct?
- Led client projects end-to-end, from understanding business objectives, designing solutions to delivering?
- Translated the client requirements into an analytical plan, with clear deliverables, and associated priorities and constraints?
- Explored and implemented statistical methods like linear/non-linear regression, decision trees, segmentation, forecasting; and machine learning techniques like random forest, SVM, NN, etc.?
- Interpreted model and analysis outputs to Business outcomes, recommendations and plan?
- Guided and helped other team mates?
- Worked on business development activities like responding to RFPs, proposals, and development of case studies?
- Worked in analytics domain for > 6 years?
If yes, that’s great!
The list is long! Ok, some good to haves :
- Worked on cloud (AWS or Azure)?
- Used Databricks?
- Coded in SQL and Python extensively? Any other statistical programming language?
